Fitted Bathroomsfrom design to completionI started trading in 1986 as an apprentice stone mason, learning to tile floors and walls. After serving my apprenticeship, I started working in partnership with fellow tiler, Paul Siggins. Together we undertook various projects ranging from tiling bathrooms and kitchens in new housing estates, through to more prestigious schemes. These included the Bank of England refurbishment, Kingston upon Thames shopping centre and several London underground stations including Covent Garden. I also spent 6 months working overseas for American construction companies, installing marble bathrooms in the Bahamas.
In 1993, having built up 13 years experience of tiling bathrooms, I decided to learn how to install them as well. Further training ensued and thus began my bathroom design and installation business, now in its 15th successful year. My company, Cunningham Contractors, has built up a good local reputation, offering a comprehensive, personal design and installation service. Building on experience gained whilst working for reputable companies, I am able to cover all aspects of a bathroom installation project. This ranges from small alterations and repairs to special needs bathrooms for the elderly and disabled.
In particular, Cunningham Contractors prides itself on being able to produce high specification bathrooms covering all the aspects of a modern installation.
